Our aim is to resolve problems arising in trading disputes, in employment situations or any aspect of commercial life, but also in educational special needs, housing or community or environmental disputed issues.
We mediate (dispute resolution) between parties where represented by solicitors or not, resolving issues by decision making.
We work with businesses, individuals and those already represented by solicitors.
We work with a range of different clients in towns, cities and villages all over the Hampshire, West Sussex, South Wiltshire, East Dorset, New Forest , South Surrey, Southampton, Whiteley, and Solent areas.
Much of our work was referred to us by Solicitors and Barristers for evaluations. Prior to this Stephen Payne has a career at Barclays Bank Financial Services, and as a Fully Qualified Advisor in Financial Services.
